Process
As a Tradition Outdoor Living customer, we want you to understand and be comfortable with our process. We conduct in-home design consultations and use our architectural design software to build your project conceptually before you sign a contract and before starting actual construction. This way, you will have the opportunity to see how the addition will look on your home before making the investment. See below to get more familiar with our process.

Give Us a Call or Email
The goal of our first phone conversation will be for us to get an idea of what you would like to do for your project. Based on the description of what you would like to have done, we will discuss our general pricing to make sure it fits within your established budget for the project.

In-Home Design Consultation
The best place for us to meet with you is at your home. This is the time for you to convey your 'wish list' of things you would like done to create your outdoor living environment. If you're not sure what you want, then we will provide our professional opinion to meet your needs and compliment your home. This is also the time for one of our Project Developers to gather all of the appropriate information, measurements, and pictures for our reference.

Design Drawing and Quote
Now that we have met with you, gathered all of our information, and discussed the project in more detail, it is now time for us to begin the creation of your outdoor living environment. It begins with building your current home within our architectural design software and then 'adding on.' Once the design is complete, we are then able to produce a quote.

Proposal Meeting & Contract
We are now ready to present to you our design and quote. Like the in-home design consultaion, this will take place at your home. Since we now have a design that we are able to produce plans from, if you are ready to move forward with the project, we are ready to move forward also.

HOA approval/City Permits
At this point we have an agreement. It is now our responsibility to compile your information and file the forms and generate plans for HOA submission and any necessary city permit applications. You won't have to bother with any of this, we take care of filling out all of the information for you.

Schedule, Begin, and Complete Construction
Upon approval from HOA and/or city, we now have the green light to get started on your project! Your Project Developer will keep you informed of available start dates. Upon commencement, we will be in close contact with you from now until completion of your project.
